I have reviewed the materials submitted to the City regarding the 832 No Broadway demolition and
rebuild application. I find that the request for a very large semi-circular driveway on the Fourth Street
Alley is inappropriate and request that it be denied in favor of using vehicle access off of North
Broadway. The quiet pedestrian—friendly use of the alley by many in our neighborhood would be
disrupted by the proposed driveway. Furthermore, its proximity to close by neighbors would also be
disruptive.
