RE: 269 Broadway – New Construction
Dear Tamie:
The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation reviewed the mass and scale of the proposed
new construction at 269 Broadway.
The Foundation supports the redevelopment of the vacant lot located at 269 Broadway.
The new proposal is a significant improvement to the previously approved design. It does
not object to the proposed mass and scale of the new building. The Foundation looks
forward to reviewing the plans as they continue to develop.
It should be noted that Vince Laterra is a board member of the Foundation, but he was not
present for any discussions related to the review of the project.
