LOCATION: 832 NORTH BROADWAY
Kodiak Construction proposes the demolition of the existing one -story single-
family residence to allow for the construction of a new two -story singe-family
residence. The existing residence is a brick 1,640sf ranch with a one -car at-
tached front-load garage with 16’x4’ covered front entry and 20’x10’ rear porch,
constructed in 1962 with no historic significance. Note: the Sanborn Map from
1950 did not include this parcel at the boundary of the City of Saratoga Springs
and the Town of Greenfield. Information has been gathered from the Saratoga
County Map Viewer.

Thompson-Fleming Land Surveyors has noted the above Granite Monument at
the South-West corner of the parcel. This monument is to remain in -place,
protected from damage during the proposed demolition and construction project
as it is unknown if this “B” has historic significance. This monument will have no
impact on the proposed project.
