Project Description: The project consists of the demolition of the existing one-story, approximately
2,200 SF church located at the corner of North Broadway and Rock Street, and
the construction of a new, approximately 8,870 SF, two-story, four-unit
condominium. Each dwelling unit will have its own covered patio or balcony.
Four (4) individual two-car garages will be located in the basement, accessed
from a shared driveway off of Burke Alley. The units will be served internally by
a single exit stair and an elevator, connecting the garages below with the
dwelling units above.
