Hi Mark,
Attached are both my original design drawings submitted and approved by the DRB, and the final version
of the railing as installed.
The installed railing is a composite railing, with sleeves slipped over wood posts, which provided a
better, stronger attachment to the deck framing.
Given the white trim, and exterior 4 panel white sliding french door installed, and with the black accents
below, the white railing with black ballusters were a better fit.
What I submitted was a black iron railing.
