Comments 1) I am concerned about the structure's relation to the others
around it. - the Victorian behind it, the one next to it and the
one across Greenfield. Is there a rendering of the proposed
building's relation to those around it? I'm hoping the structure
would not loom large over the neighboring Victorians as it

competes with size and scope of the palazzo across the street-
that in my opinion would be the wrong gauge. The new build
should relate to the Victorian buildings in size and scope and
NOT the outlier of the palazzo.
2) The proposed semicircular window in the center above the
balcony is not in proportion to the rest of the windows. It looks
diminutive and almost pasted in to add 'flair'. Whether it is call
out to other windows on the street or not, in this proposed build
it is distraction from the overall aesthetic and looks
unnecessary and 'new build-y'.
