C(T) stream). Approximately 1,474± square feet of temporary disturbance is proposed to install the new water main via directional drill
and open trench methods. Disturbed areas and waterbodies will be restored after installation of the water main in accordance with
Agency permits with no permanent loss of stream of wetland area.

This site plan application is for Phase 1 of site work, which is included in the overall sketch
plan and site master plan, which received a SEQRA negative declaration from the City’s
Planning Board on May 21, 2026. Additional information related to this project including
architectural renderings and environmental review findings, are contained within the
February 2026 Expanded Full EAF previously submitted to the City.
This project will require a referral to the Saratoga County Planning Board. We request that
your office refer this project to the County by June 4, 2026, so that the project can be placed
on their June 18, 2026 agenda.
The letter of credit for site work will be submitted under separate cover prior to the project
appearing before the City Planning Board.
