Comments Here we are AGAIN! As a resident of this neighborhood, who
said this just a few months ago, this needs to be a single family
residence to fit in the with existing residence in the
neighborhood. North Broadway has several multi-unit buildings
that are adaptively reused single-family residences.We who live

here would like to keep our neighborhood for single family
residence and not condos. Which by the way, are subsidized
by those of us who own a house and not the "air space"
between the walls. We pay taxes on the value of the property
while condo owner pay taxes on what their unit can be rented
for. We need to think long term. With a three million dollar
shortfall in our budget revenues, we do not need to set up more
tax breaks for wealthy condo owners.
I'd like you to listen to the people who ALREADY live here, and
who have ALREADY voiced their opposition to a similar project
just a short time ago, and keep the nature of the neighborhood
intact by declining this project.
