Involving the premises with tax parcel #165.60-1-78, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for sketch
plan review to allow a temporary use permit for outdoor entertainment in the Urban Core (T-6) District.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board classified the action as a Type II SEQRA Action;
And, in accordance with Special Use Permit approval standards in the Unified Development Ordinance, Article
13.4, the Planning Board issued the following decision on May 7, 2026 (Approved 5-0: Pingel, McTygue, King,
Stellato, White):
Approve temporary use of the property for two outdoor events (up to 300 people for each event) on June 20,
2026 and September 12, 2026:
