Mark and Richard,
We are submitting an updated revised site plan for the proposed accessory structure at 145 Union
Avenue for the meeting this evening. It reflects the new structure to be re-located over from the Interior lot
line.
The proposed requested side yard dimension will be 3’-0” instead of 1’-0” to the overhang on the west
side. Thus, the new side yard variance request will be for 2’-0” instead of 4’-0”.
This is a concession the applicant is willing due to the comments from the board at the last Zoning Board
meeting.
In addition, I wanted to let you and the Board know that the review from Design Review Board was
positive.
