I told Ricky how to respond, but I guess he didn't. Sorry about that.
Building Department has no objections to the proposed configuration, and defer to FD/DPS and
DPW regarding the placement in the roadway. I have concerns about the placement in the right
of way at this location due to proximity to proposed major construction projects, so I would
recommend making this license approval revokable if the combination of circumstances creates
any kind of scenario unsafe to pedestrian traffic or emergency vehicle access.
From my analysis, the total occupancy should be limited to 80 persons inside and outside
based on having 2 bathrooms available.

Good morning Patrick,
I just wanted to circle back on this one with you, from the start of the week. We still do need a written approval
from the Building Department down here as well as upstairs for Julia to keep their DRB application on the agenda
for next week’s meeting.
I’ve attached the revised application package including the new layout drawing from them which was discussed in
the meeting on Monday to this email so you have it ready at hand.
