Comments Dear Mr. Simpson and the ZBA Board,
In addition to the concerns outlined in my previous letter
(attached here, as well) I would also like it noted that the
developer’s requests for frontage and side-yard setback
variances are likely only the beginning.
Given the proposed density of development on the property, it
is reasonable to anticipate that additional variance requests
may follow, including requests for relief related to lot coverage
