RE: 136 License Application – Clancy’s Tavern and Fare
We have reviewed the attached permit application and recommend the following:
APPROVED Outdoor Dining – 136 License – See attached Comments
Contingency: FD Approves the Outdoor Use for the parking area as proposed. Outdoor
seating not to exceed 8 as per the submitted floor plan. The total indoor and outdoor
occupancy cannot exceed 80.
Note: Staff is required to limit the indoor seating by the amount of outdoor seating being
used each day.
