Thus, we are seeking a special use permit from the Planning Board as indicated in Table 8-A of the Use Matrix in the Unified Development Ordinance. The Zoning District is UR-3. The existing barn structure dates to 1885 — and was built for George Blackerm's store in 1885 and enlarged in 1887. The building qualifies as a historic building and is a contributing building to the West Side Historic District.
