NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

Involving Architectural review of demolition of an existing garage within the Urban Residential-3 (UR-3) District, tax
parcel # 166.46-3-22, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance , the
Design Review Board issues the following decision on May 6, 2026:
Approve the demolition with the following conditions:
Applicant to salvage and reuse or donate the historic windows
Record of vote:
motion to approve made by T Ehinger, seconded by G Wood passed 7-0
In favor: T Ehinger, RDuBoff, CBennett, LDiCarlo, JGritsavage, K Cavotta, G Wood
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.
As a result of this decision, the applicant:
may proceed with the proposed project as approved
