involving Determination of significance of an existing structure within the Urban Residential-3 (UR-3) District, tax parcel
# 166.53-2-10, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
Consistent with Section 13 of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, the Design Review Board determines on
May 6, 2026 that the structure noted:
Does not have architectural and/or historical significance contributing to the historic fabric and
resources of the City of Saratoga Springs.
Record of vote:
motion to approve made by T Ehinger, seconded by G Wood passed 7-0
In favor: T Ehinger, RDuBoff, CBennett, LDiCarlo, JGritsavage, K Cavotta, G Wood
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.
As a result of this decision, the applicant:
