In the matter of the application

involving Determination of significance of an existing accessory structure within the Urban Residential-4 (UR-4) District,
tax parcel # 166.69-3-17, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
Consistent with Section 13 of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, the Design Review Board determines on
May 6, 2026 that the structure noted:
Does not have architectural and/or historical significance contributing to the historic fabric and
resources of the City of Saratoga Springs.

motion to approve made by T Ehinger, seconded by G Wood passed 6-0

Recuse: L DiCarlo
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.
