Comments We are concerned, affected property-owners adjacent
neighbors to the west of 76 Walton. Our property is 78 Walton.
We are pleased at the prospect of an historic building
benefitting from appropriate renovations as to be determined by
DRB and SSPF.
Summary of our concerns:
1 - the plans submitted to DRB represent additional zoning
exceptions not represented in the documents submitted to

Zoning.
Extending the width of the historic building via a window well
constructed < 5="" feet="" from="" the="" property="">
2 - slope/grading/stormwater management
The plans propose a 1:2 50% grading and it is difficult to
envision how this slope aligns or does not with the existing
topography on our adjacent property. I cannot find any spot
grade elevations in the documents that have been submitted.
Increased water flow to our property and erosion are concerns.
We’d like to address these before any site development occurs.
3 - the plans submitted to DRB are challenging to understand in
a short time frame internally inconsistent
A100 shows a fill pattern surrounding the building. What is this?
The structure shown in the A103 Floor Plan is inconsistent with
the elevations on pages 21-23.
Thank you for taking time to listen to our questions and
concerns.
