Plans As-ApprovedPage 1 of 1 CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS CITY HALL - 474 BROADWAY SARATOGA SPRINGS, NEW YORK 12866 518-587-3550 WWW.SARATOGA-SPRINGS.ORG Gage Simpson, Chair Brendan Dailey, Vice Chair Amanda Demma Jonah Cohen Otis Maxwell Chris LaPointe Steve Harrigan Chris Maslak (Alternate) #20260229 IN THE MATTER OF THE APPEAL OF Lori Sames 128 Washington St Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 Based on the submitted evidence that the application for an extension of a granted area variance does not differ from the original application and approval, and that there have been no changes in the condition of the property or neighborhood warranting otherwise, the Board moves that the application of Lori Sames for the property located at 128-132 Washington St in the City of Saratoga Springs, and identified as tax parcels 165.66-2-86 and 165.66- 2-87 that was granted on October 7, 2024 for a two family home in the Urban Residential-3 (UR-3) District, be approved and that the variance approval be extended for 18 months from the date that such resolution expired, April 7, 2026 with the new expiration date to be October 7, 2027. The variance shall expire on October 7, 2027 unless the necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the UDO or otherwise further extended. Harrigan) NAYS: 0 This variance shall expire 18 months following the filing date of such decision unless the necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the Unified Development Ordinance. I hereby certify the above to be a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Saratoga Springs on the date above mentioned, seven members of the Board being present.
