Pella Reserve Windows
- These windows are made to be historically correct with wood interiors, Clad
exteriors and ILT grilles. See attached Brochure for more information and examples
James Hardie Cement Lap siding
- This siding is know for its traditional look along with longevity and strength. The
siding will be ordered in wood grain primed and painted in SW 9649 Willowleaf.

Owens Corning roofing
- The existing 3 tab onyx black roof with be replaced with an Owens Corning
Architectural 30 year shingle in Onyx Black. Example below
Trex Decking
- The Deck and deck railing material will be Trex composite and aluminum materials.
The deck itself will be in Whiskey Barrel color and the railing will be in black
aluminum. See below for example
Patio Area
- The patio area and scape well walls will be finished with Techo Block Products. The
patio will be doen in Sephia Brown Pavers while the walls will be done in Brandon
Champlain Grey. See example below
