Hi Julia,
I appreciate your thoughtful review on the upcoming project.
I have included the Planning Board staff so they can attach your comments to the project file/record.
The Planning Board always accepts written comments since not everyone can make the late meetings!
Thank you for you input and feel free to reach out if you think of anything additional of course.
Best,

Subject: Lexington Rd/Bemis Heights Subdivision proposal before Planning Board #20240614, 20260090,
20260091
Michael,
My name is Julia Anderson and I live at 8 Bemis Heights Dr in Saratoga Springs. This neighborhood
was originally designated "Independence Square" when it was developed by Irving Metzger in the
1970s.
There is a subdivision application currently working it's way to a final plat review and wetlands permit
before the City's Planning Board for 13 single family homes to be constructed on federal wetlands
within the City's Greenbelt.

I would greatly appreciate a meeting with you and/or other members of the OSAC to discuss this
project and the application process thus far.
Sustainable Saratoga is also aware of this proposed development and is deeply concerned.
Of concern to us neighbors:
* Traffic&Safety and Fire Code D107 stemming from single entry/exit to neighborhood at Lexington
and Lake Avenue for potentially 81 homes (currently 68 homes utilize this choke point);
* Zoning discrepancies of UR-1 or RR designation and 'vested rights',...;
* Wetland concerns involving decreasing buffer size, construction on buffer, pages of deed restrictions
for potential buyers,...
I can be reached at 518-225-7699 and scooterpie126@gmail.com
Thank you for your time and review of this matter.
Julia Anderson
