I have included the Planning Board staff so they can attach your comments to the project file/record. The Planning Board always accepts written comments since not everyone can make the late meetings! Thank you for you input and feel free to reach out if you think of anything additional of course. Of concern to us neighbors:  * Traffic&Safety and Fire Code D107 stemming from single entry/exit to neighborhood at Lexington and Lake Avenue for potentially 81 homes (currently 68 homes utilize this choke point);  * Zoning discrepancies of UR-1 or RR designation and 'vested rights',...;  * Wetland concerns involving decreasing buffer size, construction on buffer, pages of deed restrictions for potential buyers,... I can be reached at 518-225-7699 and scooterpie126@gmail.com  Thank you for your time and review of this matter.  Julia Anderson 5/4/26, 8:16 AM Mail - Mark Graham - Outlook https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/mail/inbox/id/AAQkAGIxYTcxODdiLTE4ZmUtNDdlMy05MTNlLTA4ZjY5NTFhMDAzMQAQALaG2YPyUG9Pp5K1GjXLp4…2/2
