Comments I am writing in regards to the request to subdivide the 29 Myrtle
St property. Our property on Bensnhurst Ave is located directly
behind the Myrtle St property, and we have lived in here for
almost 20 years. In relation to this project, our sewer line runs

houses (as shown in the site drawings), however it could be
impacted during construction if it is not accounted for.
Following the planning board meeting on 4/23/26, I spoke with
the property owner about the situation. We agreed to the
following conditions, and as long as they are met I have no
objection to the proposed subdivision:
1. The sewer line is to be mapped and marked on all relevant
site plans/drawings.
2. A formal easement be granted for our sewer line to run
under the property. With the location of the sewer line, the
existing trees, and the property line, this is unlikely to cause
significant impact to the existing plans, but would help ensure
our access to the line in the future should problems arise.
Thank you for your consideration.
