Left-Turn Lane on Geyser Road at Cady Hill Boulevard
Adequate LOS and no queuing issues after development
Does not meet AASHTO guidelines
Avoid Geyser Road/Cady Hill Boulevard = More impact to Rowland Street/Adams Road
Adding 0.5 miles to an employee’s commute is a greater impact than increased delay at the signalized intersection – still quicker to go through Cady Hill than around to Rowland St

Sidewalk Connection
Adams Road to Cady Hill Boulevard connection proposed by City has impacts to vegetation, driveways, and wayfinding
Regeneron proposes a connection into Geyser Park Trail Loop which provides similar access
