Dear Mr. Kaplan and members of the ZBA,
RE: #20190908 - THORNBURN/TOWERS CARRIAGE HOUSE, 91 UNION
AVENUE
I am writing in support of the application to allow a second principal residential
structure at the rear of the parcel at 91 Union Avenue. The proposed structure is
directly across the street from my house on37 George Street.
I support the proposed residential unit being added to the applicant's as a second
detached structure.
My only concern is that I would like to see the granting of this variance be
conditioned on the removal of the curb cut and driveway apron in front of the
existing garage that is to be demolished. There is adequate room on the parcel
for the required 4 off-street parking spaces and that only one curb cut is needed.
