An Area Variance request for three wall signs for the Citizens Bank proposal of replacing three existing
wall signs with new signs that have lettering height of 25.75 in. where 18 in. is the maximum allowed in
the City's T-4 zone, requesting 7.75 in. of relief for each sign.
