The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation reviewed the application for new
construction and fence replacement.
The circa 1845 brick Italianate house is a contributing building of the East Side Historic
District listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Foundation has no concerns with the application as it is submitted.
