Saratoga County Sewer District #1 (SCSD) is committed to serving the proposed Regeneron facility in Saratoga
Springs. SCSD will serve the project's discharge to sanitary sewer, but will require more information on flows,
loads and chemical constituents prior to issuing final approval for an Industrial Pretreatment Permit.
