Dear Susan,
Provided herewith for submission with regard to the above referenced application, please
find the following:
1. Updated Plan Set from Arico Associates and Gilbert VanGuilder Land Surveyor, PLLC
which includes the following changes:
• Split rail fencing with City designated signage was included at the
boundary of the land conservation area at the rear of the proposed lots
(Sheet S-1);
• Sections of split rail fence with City designated signage were included at
the boundary of the land conservation area in additional locations as
designated (Sheet S-1);
• Land conservation sign detail was provided in accordance with City
standard (Sheet S-1);
• Pre-construction through construction activity requirements spelled out in
the Planning Board’s Conservation Area and No Cut Buffer Policy were

included (Sheet S-4);
• Detail for split rail fence was included (Sheet D-1);
• Subdivision Plan was updated to show setback lines (Sheet 11 of 12); and
• Deed Restriction Map was included as requested (Sheet 12 of 12).
2. Updated Maintenance Agreement for storm water quality basins (in clean format and
with a red line to the initial draft).
3. Updated Declaration of Restrictive Covenants (in clean format and with a red line to
the initial draft).
4. Project permit issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers dated April 13,
2026.
