This application is hereby denied upon the grounds that such use of the property would violate the
Unified Development Ordinance article(s):
Article: 4 Section 4.1.B.1 NC Neighborhood Center (T-5) District & Section 12.3 (A) (B).4 Signs within
the Architectural and Historic Review Overlay Districts and the NC & UC Districts.
As such, the following relief would be required to proceed:
