NODPage 1 of 1 CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS CITY HALL - 474 BROADWAY SARATOGA SPRINGS, NEW YORK 12866 518-587-3550 WWW.SARATOGA-SPRINGS.ORG Gage Simpson, Chair Brendan Dailey, Vice Chair Amanda Demma Jonah Cohen Otis Maxwell Chris LaPointe Steve Harrigan Chris Maslak (Alternate) #20260078 IN THE MATTER OF THE APPEAL OF GM Caroline St Corp 356 Arlington Ave Brooklyn, NY 11208 Based on the submitted evidence that the application for an extension of a granted area variance does not differ from the original application and approval, and that there have been no changes in the condition of the property or neighborhood warranting otherwise, the Board moves that the application of GM Caroline St Corp for the property located at 30 ½ Caroline St in the City of Saratoga Springs, and identified as tax parcel 165.60-1-81 that was granted on July 25, 2024 for a mixed-use development in the Urban Core (T-6) District, be approved and that the variance approval be extended for 18 months from the date that such resolution expired, January 25, 2026 with the new expiration date to be July 25, 2027. The variance shall expire on July 25, 2027 unless the necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the UDO or otherwise further extended. Harrigan) NAYS: 0 This variance shall expire 18 months following the filing date of such decision unless the necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the Unified Development Ordinance.
