DEC has one additional comment on this project at this time that I thought I’d share with you for
awareness and inclusion in the SEQR review. I received the following from our Materials
Management Engineer, Katelyn White:
Since this project sponsor plans to redevelop the former Quad Graphics facility, an EPA Resource
Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) ID already exists for this location. The RCRA ID is
NYD981086903. The new owners will need to fill out the applicable forms at this link https://rcra-
hwip.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/documents/rcra-subtitle-c-forms-and-instructions.pdf, starting on
page 131 of the PDF.
