Request Description:
This application requests a minor modification to a previously approved subdivision for a single
developed residential lot within Chloe’s Way.
The proposed modification adjusts the no-cut buffer from 25 feet to approximately 10 feet in
the rear yard. The request is intended to align site conditions with pr ior subdivision
modifications and existing development patterns within Chloe ’s Way.
The project does not involve any change to lot configuration, density, use, or building footprint.
All zoning requirements for building coverage and impervious surface are met.
A planting plan is included to maintain a vegetated buffer consistent with subdivision
requirements. The proposal works within the existing site conditions and incorporates tree and
shrub plantings throughout the buffer area to support long-term buffer function.
This request is limited in scope and is consistent with prior Planning Board -approved
modifications within the subdivision.
We are open to any guidance or recommendations and are happy to make adjustments as
needed.
