Dear Susan:
Lansing Engineering is pleased to submit this letter in response to the July 31, 2025
comment letter regarding the above noted project. The following summarizes the
comments followed by our response.
Comment: DOH Standard is 8" water main instead of 6"
Response: The plans have been revised to show an 8" watermain.
2. Comment: The driveway curb cut is larger than the city standards. See SS-13
Response: The project curbcut has been revised to conform to the City
commercial driveway standard.
3. Comment: Include ROW Trees
Response: The plans have been revised to include ROW trees.
4. Comment: Call out seeding and grading between sidewalk and roadway.
Response: The plans have been revised to include seeding and grading
between the sidewalks and the roadway.
Comment: Use city standards for pipe bollards, M-3.
Response: The City standard bollard has been included on sheet DT-7.
Comment: A fire hydrant is requested across the street, see attached map.
Response: The plans have been have been revised to include a hydrant
directly across the street from the development.
