Involving the premises with tax parcel no. 165.60-2-6 and 165.60-2-7.2 in the City of Saratoga Springs,
on an application for a Special Use Permit for a historic carriage house conversion to a single-family
residence in the Urban Residential – 3 (UR-3) District.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board classified the action as Type II;
And, in accordance with Special Use Permit approval standards in the Unified Development
Ordinance, Article 13.4, the Planning Board issued the following decision on 3/26/2026 passed 5-0 in
favor: Pingel, Stellato, King, White, Mayo:
Approve special use permit as submitted
Note: this approval shall expire within eighteen (18) months of the date of approval if a building permit
has not been issued as per Article 13.4 of the UDO.
