Hi Susan
This is a follow up to the Planning Board Meeting of 3/26/2026
I am just reiterating my objection to the restricted covenant issue on the environmental issue of no use
of pesticides.
I disagree that posting signs on entry onto the street and along a fence line is sufficient to prevent
pesticides being used. The area around these wetlands are inhabited by ticks and other insects and I find
it highly unlikely residents would follow the restricted covenant. As a neighbor I do not believe it is my
job to have to monitor this for compliance
In the meeting last night we were advised that this had never been approved before- my question is why
now? Why for this project?
If there is a written analysis on why this conclusion was reached I would appreciate a copy of it.
If you would please confirm this objection will be included on this project I would appreciate it.
