Hi Amanda,
The shed antecedes the current Owner and I don't know if it is pre-existing non-conforming or not. It is currently
1'-4" off the side line and 15'-5" off the rear line.
In the past, we have only had to get easements when the work area included the encroachment, so I don't have a
lot of experience with that process. Any guidance you could provide in that regard would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Matt,
I am reviewing the ZBA application for 127 Division St. and have a couple questions/comments:
- Is that an existing shed site on the Northwest of the property? Even if it did not require a building permit,
it is still required to follow the district zoning. The side and rear setback for an accessory structure is 5'.
Please provide the setbacks.
- It appears that the existing front porch and steps encroach into the city right of way. Any approvals will be
conditioned on being granted an easement to maintain. This is a protocol item to clean things up.
I'd like to get this application on the 1 /6 agenda, so if you can get me any info on the shed by the end of the
week, that would be great.
