The current proposal consists of creating 13 single family lots with two large estate lots. 12 of the 13 lots to be served by a single access road with the other lot fronting along the existing local roadway. Jurisdictional Determinant/Location: Lexington Rd & Bemis Heights Rd. (I-87) Tax Map #: 166.19-1-1 to 41 & 166.15-2-34.35 Zoning: Rural Residential Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on February 13, 2026. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on March 19, 2026. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: While shown on the overall layout and site plan for the subdivision, on the subdivision plan the proposed residence locations and access were not shown. Also, any easements should be indicated on the subdivision plan as well. Please contact the Saratoga County Planning Board if you have any questions regarding this matter.
