A proposed 4-lot subdivision by joining two existing parcels with a total area of ~ 31,360 s.f. or 0.72-
acres. Lot 1 will be 0.15-acres, Lot 2 will be 0.16-acres, Lot 3 will be a 0.19-acres and Lot 4 will be 0.21-
acres. All lots will be for single-family uses with frontage along Myrtle St.
