In consideration of the Request for an Advisory Opinion by the Planning Board

Advisory opinion to the Planning Board regarding construction of a four-story mixed-use building within the Neighborhood Center
(NC) District, tax parcel #165.-2-76.2, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
Following discussion on this matter on March 11, 2026, the Design Review Board offers the following with respect to the Planning
Board’s request for input with particular attention to mass, scale, height, compatibility with neighboring properties, the character
of the neighborhood and the first floor residential units along Station Lane:
Favorable Opinion
Considerations:
The Design Review Board is supportive of the mass, scale and height of the building as well as the firt floor residential
units on Station Lane recognizing this application will return to us for a full design review.
