Hello all, I have conducted an inspection of 33 Phila today. They have resolved their violations. In

I just discovered that I don’t have a written approval on this application. As this is required by City
Code in order for the DRB application to be scheduled on a DRB meeting agenda, please advise on if
this is approved as of this revised layout from the 2/25 meeting between August, Building, and Code
or if anything further is required.

Good morning all,
Following a reportedly successful meeting this morning, August has submitted a revised seating plan
which incorporates the feedback and discussions from this morning and has a total of 27 outside
seats, with 9 along the Phila St side and 18 along the Putnam St side.
Becky, I have separately reached out to A/C Warfield and Lt. McGovern about some clearer direction
for what they’ll need on the supervision and control front in order to allow for approval, as I know
that will be needed in order to get the contingent approval needed from DPS to allow the DRB to
place this application on their agenda. August has communicated his intent to explore some video
monitoring of the outdoor areas to further facilitate supervision and control by his staff, as well.
Patrick/Rick, please let me know what if anything remains to be handled in order to garner approval
from the Building Department.
Julia, August is very anxious about making sure he gets DRB approval and licensing so that he can
begin outdoor operations as soon as Code and the weather allow. I will forward you whatever I can
to help facilitate this process. Could you please advise of the deadline for him to be added to the
agenda for the next DRB meeting?
