RE:453 – 457 Broadway: Modifications to an Existing Approval
Dear Tamie,
The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation reviewed the most recent
submission for the proposed addition at 453 – 457 Boadway.
The Foundation finds the changes to the west elevation to be an improvement. The
Foundation also continues to recommend that the first floor of the west elevation
be made more substantial to mitigate the appearance of the upper floors floating as
stated in the previously submitted letters dated September 20, 2023, and May 8,
2024.
