RE: 58 Woodlawn Avenue – Exterior Alterations
Dear Tamie:
The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation reviewed the application for exterior
alterations at 58 Woodlawn Avenue.
The Greek Revival building was constructed prior to 1860. It is a contributing building to
the Broadway Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is
located in an Architectural Review District.
The Foundation applauds the owners’ efforts and investment to restore the building’s
original appearance by removing the existing cedar shakes and repairing the historic
clapboard siding underneath.
Sincerely,
Christopher Armer Samantha Bosshart
