WHITMAN OKTOBERFEST DATE: 9/12/26 TIME: 12PM - 8PM LOCATION: WHITMAN BREWING COMPANY (PARKING LOT) NOTES: SMALL OUTDOOR EVENT CELEBRATING BEER, FOOD, AND LOCAL MUSIC +518-598-6450 sam@,.valtand,.whitmanbrewing.com 20 Lake Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 WRITTEN 2/27/26 Whitman Brewing Company is planning to hold a free event outside in the attached parking lot (quarter size) called Whitman Oktoberfest 2026. There will light music running throughout the entire day, people will come and go as they please - entering and exiting our building / business as well. We expect around 100-150 people throughout the day. The event will be fueled by Whitman Brewing Company bar and kitchen. We plan to have a small bar setup outside with draft beer and easy cocktails. We plan to serve food (not make food) outside at a food stand that cater to all guests with multiple options as we've done with our previous outdoor events. We plan to apply for a NYS SLA one day alcohol event permit - day of submitting this form to The City of Saratoga. This event will be barricaded off throughout the parking lot, have signs for our multiple Whitman Brewing Company bathrooms inside (upstairs and downstairs). We will have a two marked handicap parking spaces close to event entrance as per last events. This event will be family -friendly. There will be ticket options for a premium experience (food, drinks, merchandise, etc). The event will host local vendors from all different backgrounds - from selling clothing and jewelry, to free workshops / displays that may include woodworking and instrument building. Vendors will setup before event takes place from 9am-12pm, no larger than a 10x1Oft pop-up tent. The event will also have light volume music running through it's entirety - from Folk, Singer/Songwriter, and Americana. During the period of the event, we are looking into acts walking throughout - including sword swallowing and small street performances. We expect around 200-300 people throughout the day. The event will be fueled by Whitman Brewing Company bar and kitchen. We plan to have a small bar setup outside with draft beer and easy cocktails. We plan to serve food (not make food) outside at a food stand that cater to all guests with multiple options as we've done with our previous outdoor events.
