A SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY 12866 Involving the premises at 16 Marion Ave./Ave. A, with Tax Parcel ID# 153.17-1-8, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for approval extension of a previously approved two-lot subdivision in the Urban Residential – 2 (UR-2) District; and, With the Planning Board who met on the application on February 5, 2026; and, And, in accordance with the purpose and objectives set forth in the City’s Unified Development Ordinance Article 14 “Subdivision Approval”, the Planning Board issued the following decision on February 5, 2026 – passed 6-0 (Pingel, Ferrante, McTygue, King, Stellato, White);  Approve 180-day extension (from January 31, 2026) with the following conditions: 1. Modify the curb reveal to 0” for the new concrete curbs each side of driveway to lot 1, subject to DPW approval. 2. All other conditions from the original subdivision approval (dated January 31, 2025) remain in effect. The applicant is required to complete the following prior to signing of the final plat by the Planning Board Chair: • Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow as a performance guarantee to the City for required on- and off-site improvements. • Submit one (1) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved subdivision plat for signature by the Planning Board Chair. File the signed final subdivision plat with the Saratoga County Clerk within sixty-two (62) days as provided in Article 3, Section 32 of General City Law. Approval of the final plat expires on July 31, 2026 unless all requirements stated in such resolution have been certified and completed per Article 14 of the UDO. March 9, 2026 Date Chair
