Electric service, run 3 phase wire from 400Amp switch gear to plating building and tie into new transformers Repair Expense $200,000
Plumbing service, dig down five feet and tie feed from main building to plating.Repair Expense $25,000
Dig separate trench for sewar to connect to city waste line Repair Expense $25,000
Add new gas service to building as we terminated the 2” main gas lines and all feeds to gas appliances and boilers, 5 tube
heaters. All heaters gone. Heaters are 25K per unit and gas lines would be 50K to tie all back in Repair Expense $175,000.00
Insulate building, spray on insulation Repair Expense $50,000
Frame out and insulate Repair Expense $150,000
Install of bathroom with sink back in, frame and fixtures Repair Expense $25,000
New air compressor and air lines through out building Repair Expense $75,000
New steam boiler to replace ones taking out Repair Expense $60,000
In House labor to complete task, 4 guys 160 hours per week times 16 weeks @ $35/hour Repair Expense $89,600
*All utilities were terminated as was requested by the city before we could get approval for Demo permit. Everything had to be verified
by National grid and city officials.
