In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review. And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance Article 240-7.5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on November 20, 2019:  Approve as submitted Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and actual work begun.
