Note: The site plan in the traffic study is slightly different than what is presented in the other attached documents. Police- Traffic: PD does not have traffic concerns at this time. I defer to the traffic safety study that was completed and attached to the application. Police: The PD has the same concerns we have explained on similar site plans; This development will add 128 housing units and about as many more hotel rooms. This will impact our calls for service volume as demonstrated by other developments that have been built. The PD's size has not, to date, been increased to accommodate additional residents and building developments. Traffic Garage: I will defer to NYSDOT, as the project location is in their jurisdiction. Code: Code Administration has some concerns but nothing that would pertain to the State and City Code at this time. Broadway/Rt. 9 project   Hi Lisa, The Planning Board is reviewing an application for a Special Use Permit for a proposed mixed-use development project, including a 120-room extended stay hotel, 128 multi-family residential units, and 8,000 sq ft retail space. I've provided the application, project narrative, traffic study, and site plan set for distribution to the depts in DPS.
