Hi Mark,
Got the draft agenda, thanks for sending this over.
Following the previous meeting, the zoning board requested that I submit an updated plot plan based on the provided feedback and verbal agreements to:
1. Reduce the front porch size from 8'0" to 6'0" to request less front setback variance.
2. Provide updates on the originally submitted requested relief measurements.
I am attaching the updated plot plan, which should satisfy #1.
The dimensional requirement updates for #2 are as follows:

The board also said during our last meeting that they were prepared to approve the application with these updates and that I probably did not need to attend
a 3rd meeting. Is that something that could be confirmed in advance of 3/9, just in case I do need to be there?
