Hi Mark, Got the draft agenda, thanks for sending this over.  Following the previous meeting, the zoning board requested that I submit an updated plot plan based on the provided feedback and verbal agreements to: 1. Reduce the front porch size from 8'0" to 6'0" to request less front setback variance.  2. Provide updates on the originally submitted requested relief measurements. I am attaching the updated plot plan, which should satisfy #1.   The dimensional requirement updates for #2 are as follows: Dimensional Requirements District Requirement Requested (Original)Requested (Updat Front setback (Existing 24.6')30.0'16.0'18.0' Total Side Yard (Existing 28.6')30.0'3.0'3.0' Right Side Yard Setback 12.0'1.0'No longer needed.
