Hello Susan:
As you are aware, this office represents Matrix BDC JV, LLC, (the “Applicant”) with respect
to a Special Use Permit Application for Tax Parcels: 178.-2-17.11 and 178.-2-17.12 located on
South Broadway in Saratoga Springs New York (the “Application”). In further response to the
Board’s Comments from January 22, 2026, enclosed please find an updated set of renderings for
the Application, with an emphasis on what the proposed project will look like when viewed from
the South Broadway frontage – as requested by the Board. Additionally, a “fly-through” video of
the site has been developed and will be provided electronically.
As previously requested in my February 5, 2026 correspondence, the Applicant requests to
be placed on the next available agenda to review the responses from the Feb. 5 response, the
SUP standards, and also the conversation the Applicant will have with NYSDOT at the meeting
scheduled for March 3, 2026.
